Ohio Substitute Teacher Services (OSTS)

Ohio Substitute Teacher Services (OSTS) is a substitute service provider and will be managing the substitute teacher needs for the following Columbiana County School Districts:  

• Columbiana County Educational Service Center

  
  

• East Liverpool City Schools  

• East Palestine City Schools
